Ingredients
  

  • 14 ounces silken tofu
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Melt the chocolate chips: Microwave 1 cup chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until fully melted and smooth.
  • Add ingredients to blender: Add 14 ounces silken tofu, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  • Pour in melted chocolate: Add the melted chocolate and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Transfer and chill: Scoop mousse into serving glasses or bowls and chill for at least 1 hour before serving.
