Ingredients

  • 1 box (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 8 oz Cool Whip
  • 6 Granny Smith apples divided (reserve 1 for garnish)
  • 6 Snickers bars full size, divided (reserve 1 for garnish)
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce optional

Instructions

  • Whisk instant vanilla pudding mix with whole milk in a large bowl until smooth and thick, 2 minutes.
  • Fold Cool Whip into pudding mixture gently until fully combined and the mixture is light and super fluffy.
  • Dice five Granny Smith apples into bite-sized cubes and reserve one apple for the final pretty garnish topping.
  • Chop five Snickers bars into small fun chunks and set aside one bar for garnishing right before serving.
  • Fold diced apples and chopped Snickers bars into the creamy mixture until everything is coated all over nicely.
  • Refrigerate salad for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to blend together and the mixture gets firm.
  • Dice reserved apple and Snickers bar, then sprinkle over the top as garnish before serving to your guests.
  • Drizzle with optional caramel sauce for extra sweetness and make it look AMAZING for everyone to enjoy!

Notes

  • Keep ingredients cold so candy bars stay firm and don't melt into the pudding too fast.
  • Make salad up to 4 hours early and add Snickers garnish just before you serve it.
  • Store leftovers in a container with a lid in the fridge for up to 2 days for the best taste.
  • Toss cut apples with lemon juice if making ahead to stop them from turning brown and yucky.
  • Try different candy bars or apple types to make your own special version of this recipe!
