  • Prepare Ingredients: Wash and chop 4 cups of broccoli florets into small, bite-sized pieces. Rinse 1 cup of fresh blueberries, and finely dice ½ cup of red onion.
  • Whisk Dressing: In a medium bowl, combine ¾ cup Greek yogurt, 2 tablespoons honey, and 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar. Season with salt and pepper to taste and whisk until smooth and creamy.
  • Combine Salad: In a large mixing bowl, add the chopped broccoli, blueberries, diced red onion, ½ cup sunflower seeds, and ½ cup dried cranberries.
